Spring Hill is the perfect place to host your next big event! From weddings and bridal showers, to photo sessions and family reunions, we bring the homey, country feel right to you. Depending on the event and the number of people, we can host indoor and outdoor rentals throughout the year.

Tucked back from the street and away from the noise of busy, modern day life, Spring Hill is the perfect place for you to celebrate your special event. Enjoy the 1820s farmhouse and harken back to a time of family, friendship, and gathering around together to enjoy the simple things in life.

Wedding Ceremonies
Bring together your friends and family to celebrate your special day!

  • Hosting Your Ceremony Here Includes
    • Our outdoor weddings hosted on one of our two porches can host 100-150 guests, while other places on the property can host many more
    • Indoor weddings can be hosted for small gatherings of no more than approximately 50 people
    • 1-2 hours for a rehearsal the night before (or if there is a conflict with the night before, an evening  within a week before the wedding)
    • 13 acres of property to take photos before, during, and after the ceremony
    • Using the house as a space for the wedding party to get ready that day
    • Parking above and below the house, with a space for those with mobility issues to be dropped off at the front of the house

Indoor Rentals
Chose if you’d like to rent the whole house or individual groupings of rooms.

  • Hosting Your Rental Here Includes
    • A fully-equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave
    • A dining room to lay out food, drinks, and gifts in
    • Card tables and folding chairs to be used by your guests during the rental
    • Access to the outdoors for the event

**For many indoor events, guests end up asking questions about the house and the history surrounding it. A volunteer or staff member will be available, and will be able to answer questions and give abridged tours.

Outdoor Rentals
Enjoy the feel of the old farm and country by hosting your event outdoors with plenty of room for people to play games and for children to run around.

    • 13 acres of property for your guests to use
    • Sunny and shaded areas with picnic tables for guests to enjoy
    • The possibility of using the kitchen and bathrooms inside the house

Photography Sessions
Spring Hill is open for photography sessions, including (but not limited to) wedding photos, engagement photos, senior pictures, and family photos. We simply ask for guests and photographers using our property to contact us ahead to ensure that we don’t have an event at the same time to disrupt either public or private events.
For photo sessions, we ask for a small donation to be made to the house. We are a privately-funded non-profit and the donations from photo sessions help us keep the property looking beautiful for your use.
